Doing one isolated thing, and seeing what the fallout is, then you can extrapolate what the effect of multiple strikes would be.

Like the people that shot up the California substation.
Did they think they was going to take down the entire state with one substation?
No.

They was wanting to see how fast the response was, and how long it took to repair.
Thus, they can extrapolate how long it would take for them to fix the damage from multiple coordinated strikes.

It gives them an idea of the “operating window” they have. How long the public will be cut off, where they will be free to carry out their activities without anyone being able to call for help, or even have power for that mater.

Now that would be really scary. A combined power cut, along with a communications cut in the middle of the night, then use that as a window to launch a full assault on a city, or population center.

There would be reports of shooters killing people in the streets, but the officers couldn’t even coordinate their search efforts, because they would have no dispatch. They would be in a world of hurt.

It sucked. I was the one who posted "Internet outage in Arizona. Centurylink" or something like that. I called false flag but I will wait for more details. Sedona area in the house. Hello yo all my North-central-AZ neighbors!

Nice to have the internet back. Fucking eye-opening experience on how dependent we all are. The local hospital, banks, and critical services were disrupted big time. I know MILLIONS were lost in some way, shape or form.

Does any area anywhere have back up emergency provisions to at least partially compensate for such occurrences? It will happen again.

Perhaps wider use of ham radio, powered by battery backup? Other?

hmmmmmmm.....interesting. I live in Cincinnati and our work's website wasn't down, but was virtually unusable all day and it is hosted on a godaddy server in phoenix. I assume in some way this was the cause of that.
