After re-reading it, it sounds like it could still be a borderline Cat 2, but theyre more or less "averaging" out their various models,one of which was possibly "contaminated" data. Wouldn't want to sound like their "models" and data could be wrong now, would they?  |

After appearing rather ragged around the time of the previous advisory...the satellite presentation has improved significantly over the last couple of hours despite persistent strong westerly vertical wind shear.
