Quoting: Anonymous Coward 54583447 You mean plugin the adapter in your laptop. Lol tryhard geek No, I really meant a lithium battery, a giant lithium power supply. The laptop's own power adapter is not in the equation. I use two giant lithium batteries to power most of my equipment, including the laptop when I'm out in the field. No guns, know crime." - Ralph Lauretano "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms" - Thomas Jefferson "When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty." - Thomas Jefferson "It's easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled." - Mark Twain "Those who hammer their guns into plows will plow for those who do not." - Thomas Jefferson "Those who surrender freedom for security will not have, nor do they deserve, either one." - Benjamin Franklin "To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize." - Said to be Voltaire, but really - Unknown |

Ahhh you mean like a big powerbank? Because your laptop battery is also lithium, i thought you just meant your AC-adapter ;) i just sounded a bit weird when you said it like that my bad |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69069794 Intel core i3. Not the best, of course, but this isn't a gaming rig or even a video processing rig, just a field laptop. put an SSD in it, and its just as fast as anything else :) Also put Powerscheme to Maximux/High power and turn of Intel Speedstep in BIOS if you have that option. then again, running on those powerbanks it might draw them out empty faster when in the field. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 70194319 Betcha you haven't, you ALWAYS ignore this question. There are multiple possibilities. It could be an extrasolar capture or it might have been perturbed into its orbit by an unseen planet far beyond Neptune. |

I don't want to put anything too nice into it. It does the tasks well enough, but webcasting and stacking simultaneously can get a bit taxing on it. |

Oh wait. Never-mind. You're an idiot. It's a real star, it's just not a mysterious one. It was a joke. Name calling? Name calling means you have hit rock bottom. I will pray for you. If you think the star's fake, you're an idiot, plain and simple. I showed it live this morning. There's nothing more to debunk. |

Good to see your FINALLY admitting that there could be a planet X (not niburu). There's nothing finally about it. I've always said that. What's a scrool seal? If you're referring to Sitchin's work, my thoughts on that are that it's pure bunk. The orbits of the planets are far too circular for such an object to be wrecking havoc in the solar system on that kind of time scale. Additionally, Sumerian scholars fundamentally disagree with Sitchin's "interpretations." [link to www.michaelsheiser.com] so i guess you think that this: Thread: Nemesis, is it really out there? is not possible either..... No, I'm not talking about cometary bombardment, that doesn't affect the orbits of the planets, I'm talking about a massive object actually coming into the inner solar system on a regular basis. There could be a large planet or brown dwarf at Oort cloud distances that occasionally disturbs the comets and sends a large number of them into the inner solar system where they impact planets and cause extinctions. ... Quoting: Tauranga I have no idea who nancy is But i do know that these people are lying about me, and i see them lying and bullying many other folk with their bullshit constantly. Well, you would be the expert on constant bullshit. HEY!! The best example of a CULT would be conservatives, or people who vote REPUBLICAN. Talk about believing in farytale bullshit. This Planet X stuff will turn out to be real, just watch. No, it won't, at least not the nonsense you're promoting. Giant planet at Oort cloud distances? Maaaybe. Giant planet approaching the inner solar system? No way in hell. |
