It was a handsome child either way. First one was a boy. That was early X thread days.

Came out the size of a toddler and just like many animals at birth..had the ability to walk/run after a few moments.

Predators are everywhere.


Humans are by and far the most helpless beings on this planet..for the longest time to maturity, or to even be able to move under one's own will.

Yes, everything I’ve read seems to point to the pear symbolizing fertility, and abundance. Some also say it’s a symbol for immortality.

Funny story..

When we first arrived I decided to tackle the fear thing head-on and immediately took my dog for a small walk. We walked 2 campsites down...tured around and was going to walk back the other way when I noticed a herd of children on bikes coming toward me and following them..was an unleashed dog.

I felt that twinge..picked up my dog and made a b-line for my campsite when I heard the kids calling their dog. I knew it was coming for me.

Second later I turned around and it was behind me. It was goldendoddle..instead of scared I suddenly realized the sync and found it kind of funny.

They called their dog again and he left.

After that I walked my dog around with a little less fear.

Darwins actually on the cards mate, but I won't put an ETA on it. Aside from its closer to 3400kms away I'm also trying to enjoy the trip.

Looking forward to finding out what power Ellen Page’s character has. It’s hard for me to believe she has none. My theory is that she’ll end up being the strongest.

Yeah. They are definitely implying she has a latent hidden power that hasn't developed yet.

One of the characters feels a bit too similar to Eliot from The Magicians but I'll let it slide because I really like Eliot's character.

We have a very good chance if we get there early. Plus Tuesdays probably are pretty quiet.

A lot of the choice sites are reservation only..but we're gonna chance it and see what we can find.

We drove through a few campgrounds last week on the way to Diamond Lake, and I scored the best one they had, at my favorite..for Sunday/Monday.

All booked up until September..otherwise.

Oregon is beautiful. I've lived here all my life and seen only a small fraction of it.

All I have wanted since March, was to go camping/fishing. After months of literally begging every day and being refused, I gave up..

Up until last week, I hadn't been past my front porch since April.


Now we got the van all decked out for van camping. We picked up a really nice free full mattress people were giving away to upgrade to a queen in their guest room, 2 days ago off Craig's List..

They even threw in the Calvin Klein sheets. I use to sell those back in the day..they aren't cheap.

It fits perfect in the back of the van. So comfy. :)
