Once I was attacked in the beach house by a long time friend back in Jn 2012, in what seemed like a possession, I basically lost most trust for people.

I keep everyone at arm's length now for the most part. I keep to myself a lot. Bury myself in the Web and music and movies.

Work and art.

She was anxious and would yelp when you reached to pat her. Could have just left it, but instead it was gradual steps until I can run her on a beach with other people and dogs.

She seems to enjoy it a lot more then the 4 walls

One of my strangest incidents happened about 5 years ago…

It was 5 min. before midnight, went for a smoke break on the backyard balcony.
On the edge of the retaining wall is a man begging me to give him the instructions on how to get to Holiday Inn...

As I opened the front door to chat with him, he was covered in fresh and dried blood all over...
Me: “WTF!!!, do you need help and wanna come in?” My hubby was home

Male +/-40 with +2.5” straight cut wound at his hairline to the skull... he begged me not to drive him to emergency and do my best!!!

Managed to stop his ongoing bleeding (nothing major…), had to shave his head to apply surgical tape vs stitches…

This took about ½ hr, interesting chat followed… dropped him off in front of Holiday Inn at 5am.
