Personally, I'd like to enjoy it because I enjoyed Martha Plimpton in Raising Hope[\i] which even had a My Name is Earl reunion episode. And yes I know, most of the cast of My Name is Earl is made up of scientologists. And still, it was a good show that at least tried to point people in the morally sound direction.

Martha Plimptons character Virginia in Raising Hope also portrayed a character who regularly went to Sunday services and even her husband was nominated to be the leader of their community services. If anything, she continues to play up that part because she is an actual Irish Catholic!

Wow. It's not even the fact that it's an assumed Irish-Catholic family. No matter what the spelling. A lot of people here find the other shows more offensive than that for not including "white" people. Whatever. It looks funny to me and I'm grateful they decided to include an Irish-Catholic family at all. Especially amongst the Asians in Fresh*** off the Boat, the African-Americans in Black-Ish, the Jews in The Goldbergs... & So forth. It looks like a fun*** show. I love every member of the cast from their previous work and I'm excited to see what unfolds!

Amongst all of the other PC nonsense that has been shoved down our throats this is a breath of fresh air!!!
