Well then you have created a dependancy on a chemical laxative for your Cat. Not good. You will find better looking for NATURAL or ORGANIC constipation relief for Cats online.

As cats get older, they run into renal insufficiency, and they will crave and drink water all the time. They can continue in this mode for quite a while, but if they lose too much water and electrolytes, they will go into a renal crisis/crash. Best to have lots of water always available. Is she eating wet food?

Cats are lactose intolerant, so in this special case, cow's milk is a reasonable idea. If you're lucky, she will get the runs and everything will come out.

Some have suggested tuna in oil. Definitely wet food and oil, or butter.
