Lawsuit question

I just got a judgment enters against me because I failed to show in court.

I was sued for cost of an er visit I wasn't treated. I could have diednvvi had out of state Medicaid. I ended up admitted in another hospital ICU and obviously survived

I was served the complaint bit was stuck in my kitchen door.

The complain says I had to file any suitable or countersuit at the hearing for the debt.

I didn't answer the complaint I am a little old lady with PTSD. It took me about a year to figure out how to get logged on to an email account and back on here. I'm all fucked up cognitively (but see a low dose naltrexone thread).

Did I really lose the right to countersue the hospital and I'd I'm this disorganised should I give my son power of attorney to helpe with these bullagit things?
