How the hell do people drink soda in the place of water... EVERY DAY!?!?

It's the number one thing for obesity in America.

Also Americans are chronically dehydrated. Meaning the "2 glasses" of water along with 3 sodas they drink a day doesn't cut it.

I don't drink soda at ALL anymore, it's been years, but I do enjoy craft beer &a wine almost daily...BUT I make sure I drink at least 50oz of water a day, as well as a crazy healthy green probiotic powder I mix into orange juice along with vitamins daily and I've been fine. I do drink coffee but I eat healthy also.

Here's one thing I've learned:

When you change your diet, drink more water, cook your own food, eat more meat and veggies over pastas and pizzas and bread etc...you start to feel a LOT better... but the biggest indicator is when you switch to this lifestyle for even as little as 1 week, then you go out with some friends and get a pizza etc you will EASILY notice how full and bloated you feel, and you lay in bed bloated almost feeling yourself gain weight.

When I was younger... my friends mother... only drank soda pop... never water.

Well first if they aren't overly hyperactive and they are drinking real soda the biology to my anatomy was I replaced soda with food and still would eat little but was FAT! Quite fat actually...

And then as an adult I did lose some weight drinking DIET soda and counting on my Dexitrim which had Phentermine at the time I noticed a significant amount of weight loss and barely ate but was so hyper I picked up on drinking booze with my DIET Soda.

I'm actually trying to write a book about addictions so keep this in mind now!

Okay! So at thirty something I started to actually bleed from my bum whenever I went to the "number 2" and thought to myself which is it?

The Aspartame? The booze? Or the organic foods or non organic foods?

I ruled out organic foods and continued that habit the longest.

Okay! Removed soda from my diet completely. Not to mention I did occasionally drink a soda but very very occasionally.

I also took on the habit of going to Whole foods after buying a 5 gallon GLASS jug and I purchase now Di-Ionized water once a week.My water is only 2.50 cents to fill the entire GLASS jug of water with a higher PH balance than all the other waters and low behold my reckoning!!!

Not only did I function with a normal colon I also developed other great and wonderful traits!

You get glass jugs and fill them with what you can afford with good water. Whole Foods has Di-Ionized water. It's 2.50 cents to fill 5 gallons and if it's in a glass jug the jug itself costs 18 bucks on Amazon but has no chemicals in the "jug material" like the plastics have...

Actual real sugar is not the problem.

Real sugar is taking the blame for all the shit replacing it.

Actually real sugar is the problem when you are drinking 4 to 5 cans of soda a day or throwing back 2 big gulps. Let's not kid ourselves here... When you are digesting that much sugar per day even though you are thin you are wrecking your health! If I have to hone up to my addictions in my book then skinny people have to hone up to their addictions and if they are replacing water for their 4 to 5 can of soda per day living habit then they will have serious health issues! They will... Thin or not.

Not to mention in America there is a real chemical in our sugars. This isn't just America but I triggered my research there because other countries are banning this.But did you know that in our american sugars there's round-up? Protesters are drinking round-up straight to support the "Monsanto" cause but that's a whole other long story! Sugar in america is a problem too! If you are a 4 to 5 can drinker or pound it like no ones business.

Please! I have breast augmentation and get regular lip injections to show even though I just stated my statements. I have a 6 foot 1 boe that's 196 pounds I've been with for almost 4 years now living with me and I'm very far from butch! His cholesterol is high,he has high blood pressure,and he has to take pills for the rest of his life because of his habits.That isn't healthy! Accusing people of being butch or saying they are fat doesn't help your CAUSE! If you truly eat and drink all of that I would assume scientifically you have a round stomach and some health conditions. To say the least you're pudgy. He is slender and tall but I still try and get him to think outside of his crap he wants...

The real reason = soda pop drinkers are drug addicts.

Sugar works as a drug, caffeine is a drug, probably some other chemicals are stimulating their little brains.

Soda drinkers are very similar to a hard drug user; they have a very difficult time quitting.

It is surprising that soda does not kill them faster.

It is so toxic, back when I had a business, I gave up consuming it personally, then had to quit selling it completely - morally couldn't justify it. It hurt the business though.
