Boring winter here so far. I doubt that dam will even reach near the spillway this winter.

Only about 15 feet to go...and we haven't even hit the rainy months yet. (Feb-Mar)

They still can't spill from at any decent rate just use the powerhouse and it's almost 800 feet now. Two big storms back to back could cause it to be 30 to 40 feet in a few days. Almanor is still Rothschild owned so if it's time(for the economic kaboom) they could probably arrange for Almanor to release too much and hasten Oroville's demise so it's failure could take part of the blame for the economic collapse. The Repo operations for the banks is now at $750 billion.
