What ARE U HAVING FOR DINNER TONIGHT?

Homemade roast chicken (with curry powder, garlic, & lemon,) homemade stuffing. Red kale, fresh peach, walnut, sharp cheddar cheese salad with a little raspberry dressing.

Tomorrow, leftover bones will be made into my famous chicken soup & dumpling soup.

Last night I made from scratch meatball minestrone.

Sounds delicious. I should try that as steamed veggies are healthy but taste boring.

Rotisserie chicken for $4.99 from Co$tco, mashed potatoes w/gravy, steamed broccoli, strawberry seltzer, chocolate pudding for dessert.

We're having lean ground gmo-free/grass fed beef hamburgers, gluten-free broccoli and string bean croquettes, tossed salad with olive oil, vinegar, basil, gmo-free tomatoes, onions and spices,(I WROTE "I.C.E.C..T..Z..E..R..W..A..T..E..R.. - AND IT CAME OUT AS "PAINT MY FINGERNAILS?!?!?!? WTF?!?!?!) -- with squeezed lemon and honey in it and bananas fried in butter and sugar for dessert

Can you please share your recipe for string bean croquettes? Just found a recipe online using canned string beans. Not sure if that's what you're making.

Tonight it's bowl of posole and hot tortillas with butter.

Chicken, veggies, and gravy over egg noodles, homemade cranberry sauce, plus homemade fluffy cornbread. Honeydew melon for dessert.

Our power was out most of the day so I put a Boston Butt in the smoker earlier today and we will be having Pulled pork BBQ sandwiches and chips.

That sounds nice.

I usually make some egg noodles at least once every couple of weeks, in the style that my late, beloved, German uncle used to have it: with eggs cooked in them at the end, pepper & parmesan cheese thrown on top.

It is sort of like a German fettucine alfredo, but instead of cream, there is beaten eggs, which become cooked into like a scrambled eggs within the noodles.

I know there must be a German name for it, but I don't know what it is, only it is DELICIOUS!

Woke up this morning feeling kind of blah. It's cold and dreary out. So, I decided to do something nice and am surprising my husband with one of his favorites.

Homemade Bolognese and homemade tagliatelle. Been working on it throughout most of the day. The house smells delicious and he'll be home from work soon.
