Easy. A normal mother will develop a mother-offspring bond with their offspring as said offspring grows and develops in her uterus. By the time she gives birth to her offspring that motherly bond will be very strong.

More importantly, AC, it's not the fetus' fault that the mother was raped and successfully impregnated. It's not the fetus' fault that it exists as the end result of said terrible, terrible rape. So to me said mother can give up her initially unwanted offspring for adoption or murder it via abortion, or keep it and raise it normally.

For me, I'm against abortion so I'd prefer said mother to either keep it and raise said offspring or give it up for adoption. Either life has it's ethical and moral implications, but the mother's life path has it's own value as well.

From what I've learned about abortions, Nameless the Deplorable, is they cause great harm to the mother and up to death to the fetus. There are the unusual survivors where they come out up to extremely deformed due to the failed abortionist's attempts to murder said fetus... This is one of many reasons why I absolutely detest abortions.

The crazy thing is, there are 31 state that allow rapists to sue for custody or visitation, 32,000 women are impregnated due to rape every year, the percent of sexual assault and rape survivors under the age of 12 is 15%, before the 2010 change in the definition of rape, men weren't considered to be able to be raped legally, its insane. Its such a huge problem in this country.

Looks like it is all about money. She applied for state aid, and they made her tell who the father is so they could go after him for child support.

There should have never been any need or reason to have to suspend such a ruling as that.
That rapist should already be listed as child sex offender as well as a violent sexual hostage taking offender.
He should not even be give access to come anywhere near that victim, or her child that came through his violent and criminal attack of her.
He should have a legal binding restriction of his ever stalking or coming anywhere near her or her family.
He is not a father, he never fathered anything, he only carried out criminal acts on innocent people, all for his sexual wiener's pleasure and evil mind.
He is proven to be capable of carrying out violent offenses on helpless people even minors.

The girl commits a great sin by allowing the baby of a rapist to be born. It has been proven that when a baby of a murderer gets adopted right after birth, that the baby has a HUGE chance relatively speaking to become a murderer too.
This is simple genetics and souls that are attracted to genetics that match their energies.

DNA and behavior is linked, so I am not sure why people are living in the stone age. If it was up to me it would be illegal to keep a baby conceived of rape.

If rape is of the devil and behavior is connected to inherited DNA (which it is), than a baby conceived of rape has a higher chance to be at least to a degree like the father. So you are doing what exactly? defending a possibly purely evil baby so he can rape more girls like her?
