I keep hoping that Bannon and Trump are setting some kind of trap to draw them out in the open. I keep going back to Bannon and the Fourth Turning. He has represented the core of the movement and I cannot see Trump placing as much faith in him as he has Bannon was/is an unstable drunk. He can read people better than any human I have ever seen. Or maybe he has known Bannon's place in history will be with the rest of half of Washington DC. Used and cast off by Trump as he goes forward with his agenda.

I saw Bannon up close and in person here in AL twice during the Moore campaign. He did not have the appearance of a practicing hard core alcoholic. He is not a pretty guy and is unphotogenic as hell. He can't help that and msm loves to wear that out and put up the worst lighting shots they can. Bannon cultivates his look too. He wears a two day growth beard every day.

I would love to see all this bullshit come to a head and that they have up cooked up the biggest rickroll in the history of the nation.. And Bannon's the trigger.

The subpoena was issued by the GOP leader of the committee Nunez from what I heard.
There's a lot to digest thinking about his lengthy testimony today. He may have forced the subpoena to gain a little cover but he knows better than to lie, so it'll be very interesting to hear any leaks or later public testimony. Considering all he's lost since the book was released he's a definite wild-card.

1) He had a world-class money-launderer 3 floors below him in Trump Tower, who was himself under investigation.

2) Trump paid a $30 million fine for violating anti-money-laundering regulations.

3) Bannon thinks there's money-laundering involved.

4) Trump, after many failed financial endeavors, was cut off from banks and had to find 'alternative sources' of funding, e.g. mobsters and Russian oligarchs.

5) He won't release his taxes because there's 'stuff' in there he clearly doesn't want people to know about.

6) There have been numerous suspicious deals where Trump buys a property for X number of millions then shortly later a Russian buys it for twice that amount. (That's how you do large-scale money-laundering.)

7) Trump has a complex hierarchy of companies and sub-companies designed to hide where money comes from and how it is moved.

Mueller's undoubtedly got an army of people untangling Trump's finances. Nobody else ever tried to do that before because it takes lots of resources to unwind complex financial hierarchies, but Mueller has the resources and anyone with a clue or any knowledge at all about Trump's history and finances knows there's a lot of bad stuff there. Mueller's probably found a great deal already, but he's the kind of guy that like to get his ducks all in a row before he starts mowing them down hardcore.

Also, Trump said anyone who pays more than they 'have to' in taxes is an idiot. Combine that fact with the world-class money-launderer located in Trump Tower and one can conclude that it's highly probable that he'd commit money-laundering to avoid taxes if he thought he could get away with it. And rich arrogant douchebags ALWAYS think they'll get away with it, as with Manafort and his million-dollar rugs and Bernie Madoff and the like.
