so I am realizing not all people get some humor planted on this website.

I read a thread where I was laughing my ass off.
But some people responded like it wasnt sarcastically funny.

Does it take wisdom to hear sarcasm?

Humour requires good delivery. Maybe it was not delivered well.

So I will ask the obvious question. Can we be one in humor to hear each other to understand each other even when sarcasm is used?

Sarcasm is just Passive Aggressive behavior.

Yeah, another thing is because we read these digital (or not) texts using our thoughts, that if the same 'humor' was delivered to me verbally, I think I wouldn't laugh it.

Passive Aggressive behavior is Passive Aggresive behavior. Sarcasm is a form of humor. As is irony, and puns.
Timing and delivery is important in comedy, it's an art.

When in doubt ask the person delivering the sarcasm.

Probably because they are American.
