Serious question. How long can tattoo game last?

For a good few years now, tattoos have been in vogue.
Loads of giggly girls talk are like ''oh my God!! I need a guy with tats!!'' etc etc

Guys cottoned on. Before it was more unihibited guys from more street backgrounds who got tats, but now every guy is doing it.

I've got loads of friends in boring, well paid office jobs who, in the last year, have gotten full fucking sleeves along with other tats.
Covered in them.
I imagine, purely as a form of trying to get women. They could see the obvious trend that girls seem to like them.

But will it continue? Will it die out? Is it worth someone who's naked now getting shit loads of ink to see of they can
cast a wider net?

Or is it just too mainstream and ubiquitous now? Devalued and cliche? Could it ever be a negative in the girl market?
