It is all riding on the report being created by Inspector General Michael Horowitz of the Department of Justice. The Nunez memo was a shot across the bow to warn Horowitz that he can't whitewash things.

That report needs to outline abuses by Comey and Brennan and Susan Rice, and to tarnish Obama's name. If it does so, Sessions then has solid ground upon which to launch an independent counsel.

The FBI went to the FISA court to get approval for wire tapping Trumps people, they apparently lied to the FISA court not being forthright that the dossier which they used as an excuse to pursue the investigation was fake and paid for by Hillarys campaign. Congress requested the FISA court to turn over the documents from the FBI they submitted for the request.. the KICKER is.. the FISA court refuses to turn over the requests. This is an outrage everyone answers to congress... What we have is an attempt to take over our government a coup d'etate the FBI the CIA the DOJ all had expectations of Hillary winning the deal was in the bag, all their past sins committed by these agency's would be overlooked and they would go unprosecuted. But alas the people woke up and elected someone who had the brass balls enough to take on the thugs who have been in control of our nation. That threw the whole lot of them into a tail spin the next way to protect their asses was to impeach him.. therefore we have one of the participants in all the years of skullduggery investigating Trump with no limitations on what he can investigate.
