If liberals made a tax increase on the upper-income, including big companies, dependent on a corollary tax decrease on moderate and modest-income people, at least the left wouldn't be blowing smoke out of their asses.

OK, you guys wanna walk me through this??

I KNOW we're waiting for "The Big Reveal," or the "Great Awakening," or The Great Reset, or NESARA OR GESARA, or some such thing....

but here's where my mind goes.....

Everybody's touting this as the next best thing since sliced bread.

Wellll, according to the Bible, things are supposed to get WORSE (not better) as we approach the End Times.

Everybody saying "Peace, peace," and wealth everywhere is NOT necessarily a good thing (again, according to biblical interpretations of End Times eschatology).

In fact, "THE MARK" is supposed to PREVENT whoever does not take it from being able to buy and sell - I presume that means from doing commerce.

I won't even get into WHY I think the NESARA idea is terrible as it related to people's own personal motivation to get up and go to work, etc. every day. That is just a side issue and effect of what would happen if suddenly everyone was wealthy beyond their comprehension. Not going in that direction right now....I'm on another sidetrack.

Soooo, pair the wonderful pipedream of Peace and Prosperity with the idea of medical breakthroughs and this MedBed thingy.....

Well, all I'm saying is: I don't see this being the direction God said it would all go before He returned. I realize not all here believe Jesus is returning, so no need to turn this into a debate about that. If you DO read your Bible, HOW do you square these events?

Shouldn't we be looking for "tribuation," and "trials" and wars and rumors of wars" etc., rather than Peace and Prosperity?

One more thing: The Bible says "It is appointed unto man ONCE to die...." So that tells me there WILL be suffering, there WILL be death - maybe disease, etc....

So, again, how does that square with what everyone is hoping, looking, praying for? I mean, I DON"T WANT TO go through any kind of tribulation (kind of chicken in that regard), but I know what my Bible tells me to prepare for.

I've had these same thoughts. We're entering into the tribulation period foretold in the bible. Don't think many doubt that anymore. Trump clearing the deck so to speak, might trigger things, globally I'm thinking. I can't imagine how things global can be controlled perfectly. There's sure to be some shit leaking over and out... and maybe it's gonna be their final ele stuff. All armies of the world will gather together to destroy the world.

I think we've already seen how the sores on people is gonna happen. So bad that they seek death but death flees from them... 5 months this goes on.

No on replies or answers my question yesterday regarding leviticus 25(5:5) 44:49. Its biblical, it is the verses in Torah that allows slavery, Male abs female, who they may be purchased from and that they are inheritable property, FOREVER.
it speaks about which group of slaves are redeemable...and this us my question, putting personal and religious beliefs aside, and going on the premise that the Torah is a true legal document, a valid contract, binding and called a covenant between God and the people...if only certain group of slaves aew able to be redeemed and freed from slavery, is the document also saying that whatever group isn't in the redeemable group are...irredeemable?
