Try cutting them out for a few weeks it may make a difference. A lot of people have problems with nightshades and don't realize it. I also am gluten, and dairy free like you. Good luck. At the very least, skin the tomatoes and potatoes and don't eat the seeds of the tomatoes. Most of the inflammation-causing elements are in the seeds and skins. More deplorable all the time. |

Poor drinking water. Stress triggering autonomic dysregulation. Bad thoughts/negative belief systems playing out in the cells of your body triggering mast cell activation and inflammatory response. Our bodies mimic our environment both internal and external, it is not all about the food we eat. |

Cortisol is supposed to control inflammation. I don't know what lies they told you, but I can promise they were lies. There's a fine line between training, trauma, and torture. |

It's not psychological or purely related to food. It's environmental. Move to the country, get a dog, get dirty. We live in times of too much cleanliness. We try to kill all bacteria including the good. Not wise. Maybe try a fecal implant. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76120354 thanks What I tell you sounds crazy but true. Go to carnivore diet for 30 days ( youtube it). This is the ultimate elimination diet. Then add one food item for 2 weeks, see how you respond. Or, go to doctor, get expansive (big picture) allergy test--see what your body is allergic to. |

User ID: 74619032 United States 10/04/2019 11:04 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | stress but I suspect there is a common food that you are reacting too. Im a type B blood and type B's cannot eat chicken. Im also an MD and can tell you that no doctors know this information. You may consider an MRT test. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75920061 thanks! is this mrt test something i can get from a regular gp? I am type A blood. I am also a Type A blood type. Here is some information on the blood type, and the foods to and not to eat. [link to www.medicalnewstoday.com (secure)] I have found much of this information to be relative, so give it a look see. The book it comes from is called "Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type," by Dr. Peter D'Adamo. We "should" be vegetarians, and the times in my life when I did eat vegetarian, I had the least digestive issues. I have a persnickety digestive system. I also have problems with inflammation. My health has been difficult the past two years to say the least. I had nine bowel obstructions and problems with my little Toy Box....my little cooter was imaged inside and out, smeared and swabbed, biopsied, and everything was good that way, but it was very inflamed and spitting kwap out....but all the GYNs could tell me was that I had some systemic inflammation going on. One wanted to send me 3.5 hours away to the Vagina Clinic - its actual name - and another wanted to send me all the way across the country to Philadelphia to the premier specialist there (I went to neither place). And I had a heart attack earlier this year, from a 100% occluded main artery. One of the upsides of the stent being put in the main artery was now my Toy Box is back to normal. Just that alone is a relief. That kwap went on for nearly two years. Inflammation is a real problem for me. I will be watching this thread with GREAT interest. My healing heart to yours, lovey....
