Re: what causes inflammation beyond diet?
I've cut out everything that causes inflammation and still have it. I'm gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, all natural everything, no caffeine, no alcohol, no smoking. What else could be causing inflammation in my body.

thanks

Your cell phone, laptop, wifi, etc.

They generate positively charged ions. When we are exposed to too many they promote inflammation.

Most of are too acidic and acidity leads to inflammation. Being too alkaline leads to degeneration.

Cell towers add to acidity, especially 4G and 5G. don't just use airplane mode and that sort of thing - get rid of your cell phone. Wireless phones are also MAJOR acid producers.

LED lighting is yet another contributor because they reduce metatonin and l-dopamine activity. It's EVERYWHERE!

and yes stress, i have had high cortisol for many years. high on the lab work/blood work

That’ll do it. It will wipe out b vitamins and cause problems with your good bacteria. So work on those things. Also get as much sleep as possible and take walks a few times a week.

Get a bottle of Curamin. 40 bucks. A concentrated curcumin from turmeric plus a few other things. It is next to miraculous. Took 3 days when I started and I felt like a different person. Read the reviews on Amazon and you will want to get it. I only take 2 a day instead of 3....stretches the money.

Throw out the turmeric and get Curamin. The active ingredient is the cucuminoids in the turmeric. If not properly prepared with the oils it doesn't work. Trust me on this. Look it up and read the information.

I take what you're talking about AND Astaxathin (micro red algae) AND boron AND....all top notch products, and still I've had the problems I posted about.

These supplements are a life saver, though, given the arthritis and degenerative disc disease I have going on. They keep that pain in check very well, and I wouldn't be without them. I wouldn't be able to work if it weren't for these supplements (and others).

And these supplements do multiple duty (anti-inflammatory, antioxidants, anti-bacterial...the list goes on).

They are extremely good for the body! But whatever I have going on is beyond their scope.

Re: what causes inflammation beyond diet?
Specifically ... describe your inflammation.. all the different ways you know of it.

I had severe hives for 8 years.. and the MDs did not have a clue.. I was breaking out 3 times a week...

Then I took Rx drug LDN - Low Dose Naltrexone.. 3.0-4.5 mg/night and immediately stopped the hives.. It did not cure it.. but increased my immunity to Optimize it.. Cost $1/day... That was 8 years ago.. and I don't even take it every week now. No colds or sinus infections either..

It stops the Progression of Arthritis for one thing.. and there are no side effects.

youtube videos on it by MDs.

MDs take it themselves.

**

So I researched more.. FOLATE deficiency (NOT fake Folic Acid..) .. because some actually have a DNA problem and can not process Folate.. to get a Methyl Donated for chemical process.. like with B-12.

They make a Methyl Pro-Folate online.. A MD said people who have odd issues that nothing works.. it usually is a Folate problem. Get your DNA tested..

* * *

Histamine levels cause all sorts of medical issues.. including IBS, headaches, sinus issues, fatigue.. diet is part of it.. but TMG lowers Histamines... like in 15 minutes. 750 mg dosage.. 1-2x/day.

Niacin deficiency is also a possible cause.. it has numerous functions in the body. Forget the time release one... it is worthless.

Niacin in high doses can reverse heart and artery blockage.

***

SYSTEMIC ENZYMES.. I like Vitalzym. but there are numerous ones out there... Weight lifters take SE... IT IS INVOLVED IN 3,000 BODY CHEMICAL FUNCTIONS.. AS A Catalyst. Vitamins don't work without Minerals.. and Neither work without Systemic Enzymes.. they recycle vitamins and minerals.. Take without food. They reduce INFLAMMATION AND LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE NATURALLY. So do not take blood thinners while taking them.. Some eat blood clots... Take in high doses, it takes about 10 days to see results.. THEY HELP REBUILD THE BODY AND STOP INFLAMMATION.

Re: what causes inflammation beyond diet?
MSM-Sulfur is the 5th most important element in your body.. including oxygen and water... it is a mineral in every cell membrane.. allows water and oxygen to exchange to detox your cells.. can reduce pain 30-50% in 1-5 days.. 1-2 tsps in a shot of water .. 1-2x/day. Especially good for muscle pain.

See book.. DETOX OR DIE.

Boron.. is good for joint pain.. another mineral..

Everyone is deficient in minerals.

Food and supplements are sort of like the buffer and insulator for our electric cells.

They work together. These days we have too much electricity running thru us fro 5G, 4G cell towers, wifi, etc.

Yes, and trying to stay hydrated is an issue for me, too....I just have a sensitive body....pfht, everything about me is a sensitive system.

The last time I had blood work done I drank about 32 oz of water before the test, because my other tests had come back with me being mildly dehydrated, and I drink water!

Still, even after drinking that much water, I was still mildly dehydrated.

I've taken up drinking a large glass of Pedialyte a day, along with how I'm practically drowning myself in water, too.

I know my natural electrical system is tapped out, and I'm doing what I can to help it.

I mean, I am discharging electricity through shocks to everything, all the time, day in and day out. I approach touching my car door with a grimace on my face, because I know I'm going to get zapped....and they're not small zaps. Upon occasion, I've seen flashes of light when I touch my car door. Sometimes they very much sting.

And my kitteh....lawdy, poor thing, half the time I zap her when I go to pet her. She spits and hisses at me.
