I don't agree with this Pre-Crime ideology. I don't agree with how ANYONE can file a complaint to a sitting Judge and then have your #2A stripped for a minimum of one year and then be reviewed and potentially stripped indefinitely. Understand the underlying point here. You can be tried without DUE PROCESS. Zero defense. Surrender your firearms or else.

Maryland's Red Flag Law that is hailed to be a success has already claimed the life one man. We don't even know WHY the petition was filed, but we do know this much, the man spoke his mind and that my fellow GLPers is why a member of his OWN FAMILY filed suit against him without his knowledge. The cops showed up at his home at 0500hrs. He answered the door with his gun in hand, for this I have no reckoning, he set his pistol down. Heard what the cops had to say. They attempted to take his gun. He grabbed it. A melee ensued. his firearm discharged, the supporting cop shot the man. He died on site at his home. His niece testified that none of this was even necessary.

Oregon has gone straight communist on this too. Unless there really is a silent majority of #2A supporters in Oregon, that State is overrun with total disarmament insanity.

In theory the violation of due process gives you and anyone else the right to use force to defend your rights. Not to mention they have no authority whatsoever to take your guns under any circumstances. They might be able to find you guilty of a crime, but not take your guns.
