Mayor of Tijuana ordered by court to not comment on migrant caravan
On Dec 28th, the day Mexico celebrates their "April Fools Day", a federal court handed down an injunction against Tijuana Mayor Gastelum ordering him to stop expressing his opinions about migrant caravan and to stop allowing his police and govt forces to report criminal migrants to immigration services. The court determined that he has violated the human rights of migrants, which seems to be more important than doing the job he was elected to do, protect and serve citizens of Tijuana.

The Mayor says he will appeal the decision and asks for citizen support. How is he supposed to do his job and not talk about or address the migrant crisis. UN has taken over. Sad times.

Hardly surprising.

Mexico has been run by its version of the US's DNC - the People's Revolutionary Party - for decades. The country's current president is an ultra-liberal similar to a Bernie Sanders.

Mexico's Supreme Court several years ago ruled that not only was capital punishment illegal, but so was life in prison without parole.

Hey, what could possibly go wrong?

All that liberalism/leftism/libtardism for generations throughout Mexican society has made is so nice, kind, caring, honest, humane, ethical, non-corrupt, non-miserable.

This was the Mexican federal court, which is apparently under UN control. How can a mayor do his job if he isn't permitted to address the biggest crisis facing the city he was elected to lead?

Current president is a bit of an enigma. He had a pretty good run as mayor of Mexico City, was able to reduce crime significantly. Guess who he hired to help with that? Giuliani. Might also surprise you to learn that he agrees with the wall, to protect Mexico and shut down human, drug and weapon trafficking.

The new president also announced that he will hold a referendum in 2 years to see if the people want him to stay or go. Sounds like he plans to make the citizens happy and bring change. The situation is a lot more complex than the "socialist" narrative.

The pact was not his idea. The former government changed the Mexican constitution to allow UN to take over all actions and policy regarding migrants.

Good for him. Perhaps he is more rational, honest and humane than I assumed a public figure in Mexico would manage to be. Or for a person to get through a system where most everything and everyone goes from liberal to ultra-liberal, from corrupt to super corrupt.

He should have been president last election, but the Mexican and world deep state prevented that and gave us Salinas/Bush hood ornament Peña Nieto instead. Everyone knows he was elected. In my lifetime 3 presidents that did not win the vote have been sworn in.

He talks how Trump is blaming the democrats for the deaths of those 2 illegal kids because they won't give him the wall. I'm waiting...waiting for the blame to be placed exactly where it needs to be - on the United Nations with their foolish migration pact. This is totally their doing from the orchestration of these "caravans", the lying to of vulnerable people that America will graciously allow all of them in and give them jobs and welfare to funding their migrations.

The UN needs to be exposed for the one-world government and one-world religion they are perpetrating on the planet. Once in a blue moon we hear George Soros mentioned on lame stream news but it is short and without meat so it goes nowhere. But that bastard also needs to be exposed.

I don't know what the President's plan is regarding this UN monster but he has woken many up to the dirty word of globalism and now, he needs to expose the instigators for the shit they've been pulling. Without exposure, people can't see what is going on and the UN will continue to send us hordes of people.

Expose the UN and take the United States out it and kick their globalist asses (and their blue helmet army) off from our soil.

What people don't realize is that once a migrant is recognized under UN jurisdiction, it doesn't matter what country they are in or whether they respect the laws of that country or not. The UN jurisdiction is supposed to trump the laws that apply to the citizens of that country. This is the biggest threat to freedoms and rights of regular people in the history of the world. Our governments are inept at best, treasonous at worst.

Yes, this was wonderful. However, as far as the UN is concerned, anyone within the US that considers themselves a migrant falls within the jurisdiction of UN mandates. They are creating mobile UN citizens to undermine sovereign countries and elected governments. The only way to stop it is to stop all funds to UN and evict them to some 3rd world shit hole. Even if that happens, UN is totally prepared to make this USA against "the rest of the world", I wouldn't doubt they would try to pass a resolution that green lights UN forces intervention.

The migration treaty does a lot to establish that jurisdiction, even if it's informal (nonbinding). Mexico's new government just signed it, we did not. So it applies in Mexico.

Largely, based on my reading, it calls for a lot of record-keeping to UN standards, and says you can't really disregard migrants once they're in your country legally. It says very clearly that you cannot interfere with or tax remittances.
But it does allow you to keep them out and make laws against them.

It's basically a pro-business treaty, by my reading.

I am sure some within the UN, especially shithole countries in the General Assembly, believe this. They have no enforcement power and are mainly a talk shop and home for NGO's.

In the Security Council, permanent members US, Russia and China have leaders inclined to be no-nonsense on immigration. Great Britain and France have leadership that's much more iffy.

Germany is starting a 2 year term as a temporary member of the Security Council, and we know how cucked they are on immigration.

But to say "the UN" is to lump a lot of rather separate things together.

Yeah, there is a video by a guy named Backman, who was talking about how Mexico's constitution has just been replaced with a UN version. He actually had the revised version in his hand, hard to believe.

Anyways part of what this UN-backed new constitution states is that whole BS that we are basically citizens of the world and basically people have the right to live wherever they choose, ergo, why they're pushing people through to America to destroy it.
