Hard to tell anything from that blurred (black and white) video. Nothing takes such bad videos today so I have to assumed they intentionally made it that way to hide something.

If the ship was loaded with oil then those holes would have been under water. They said the ships were loaded with oil on their way to Japan. Impossible as that ship is not loaded with anything. It was loaded with oil when the mines were placed but when the mines blew the ships were not loaded.
