She divorced my a few months after I was born... and I never met him until 10 or so and was not told until I was a teenager he was my "real dad'... do that doesn't fit. He had a bit of a drinking problem amongst other issues.

Nope my only sister from my step father sister was born when I was in high school.

And I have a half sister about my age,,, just months older.. born same year as me... 1947 who was fathered by my father in the Philippines when he was in the army... shortly before if I got the timeline right, that he returned back to this country and fathered me and had to marry my mother.. nearly at the point of gun by my grandfather.. it didn't last long.. the marriage.. 6 months I think.

I searched for her for years.. and finally one of my children found her just last summer after doing using Ancestry DNA. I have had phone contact with her after that.. she lives in California.. married an American. Leads an ordinary life. Has kids... and I think some grandkids... I forgot.

I would not doubt it if I have other 1/2 sisters... but no stories have been shared on that so I don't know. He admits to fathering a child locally in his area.. and its mother though aborted the child which left my Father quite sad... he never got to meet the child.
