Stay away from the opiates. Its worse than the pain.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77457727

It's not like that anymore. Now you can't get near opiates. If the doctor gives you opiates they only give you 15 pills.

Op I hurt every day. It is pain in my bones and my muscles. Started about 18 years ago and has slowly gotten worse. I'm 47.

Some days I have to pry myself out of bed. The pain has migrated up my back into my shoulders and neck into my eye sockets and now I have headaches every day.

This coming from someone who could do hard labor 12 hours a day every day of the week.

Not sure what to make of it all my blood work checks good.

Hate to think what I'll feel like at 60, I still work just had to tone it down a little.

Re: any reason for constant muscle pain and fatigue?
all of my labwork is normal except for excess ferritin, i need to get some more phlebotomies done. an example of my pain is when i carry 10 pound bags of food and my shoulders burn so much, and my calves are on fire and in pain when walking, some days they are bad and some days they are really worse. my traps are also aching all the time and this is getting me more depressed by the day and i havent been to the gym for a year. im unsure about lyme disease or parasites but ill look into it.

I checks negative for Lyme disease but I hear that a lot of times the standard lab work for Lyme can miss it.

I went through the same thing until it became obvious. Early-onset Parkinson's. Try eating a "dopamine diet". If it works, you'll know you have a neurological issue. I'm in a firm belief that fibromyalgia is just another name or beginnings for an unidentified neuro issue.

I am 54 and been having the same problem for a few years. All my blood work comes back normal.
Do you have swelling of the legs also? I do.

What helps me is drinking more water , lose some weight , and elevating my legs as much as possible.

Good luck !

You need a full blood panel OP from a good doc. When checking thyroid make sure they test T3 & T4.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77682089

And check to see if you are HLA B27 +, look up genetic AS, it is more common than you might suspect. I had it all my life and the doctors never properly diagnosed me, I figured it out myself and demanded the tests. It fits your symptoms.

Re: any reason for constant muscle pain and fatigue?
all of whats posted makes sense. i do drink a lot of goats milk and im sure i have a nutritional deficiency somewhere, i barely eat vegetables and i dont handle fruit well because i get toxic after eating all that sugar. beef is one of the only things that make me feel good though.
 Quoting: H.E. Pennypacker

If beef makes you feel good, eat beef. You might eat some cooked vegetables with it, or a salad.

MSM helps me a lot with aches and pains. You need to take a lot of it, 5000+ mg a day, work up to it.

I hope you're taking magnesium. After you get your magnesium levels up you can add calcium.

You should try working up to 5000 mg of vitamin C too, and take 10,000 IU of Vitamin D for a while, and while you're at it, everything else including trace minerals and some good protein powder.

I am not a doctor and anything I said is just my opinion and not to be taken as medical advice.

Re: any reason for constant muscle pain and fatigue?
the pain never ends and i'm sore all the time and i have no stamina when doing any movements and can't work out anymore, it's pretty depressing and all the doctors i've been to don't care and just laugh and dismiss me like i'm hinting about needing painkillers. and im 30 and my body feels bad most of the time, my testosterone is also low.
