the pain never ends and i'm sore all the time and i have no stamina when doing any movements and can't work out anymore, it's pretty depressing and all the doctors i've been to don't care and just laugh and dismiss me like i'm hinting about needing painkillers. and im 30 and my body feels bad most of the time, my testosterone is also low.

all of my labwork is normal except for excess ferritin, i need to get some more phlebotomies done. an example of my pain is when i carry 10 pound bags of food and my shoulders burn so much, and my calves are on fire and in pain when walking, some days they are bad and some days they are really worse. my traps are also aching all the time and this is getting me more depressed by the day and i havent been to the gym for a year. im unsure about lyme disease or parasites but ill look into it.

Re: any reason for constant muscle pain and fatigue?
all of whats posted makes sense. i do drink a lot of goats milk and im sure i have a nutritional deficiency somewhere, i barely eat vegetables and i dont handle fruit well because i get toxic after eating all that sugar. beef is one of the only things that make me feel good though.

Lyme disease. Have you ever been bitten by a tick? are you an outdoorsy person?

Many people have lyme disease and dont even know it cause the bacteria can rear its ugly head years later

Joint pain, muscle aches and stiffness are the results

Drink a small amount of quinine water (tonic), and see if that helps.

Electromagnetic sensitivity, it is reactions to smart meters, microwave radiation, 5G, wireless anything. That can damage your muscles and end up with peripheral neuropathy and you are always tired, look some Peer reviewed studies, like Martin Pall PHD, Dr. David Carpenter who have done extensive Peer Reviewed studies. Any from the industry and just lies or leaned their way or lies.

If you feel good eating meat maybe go on an all meat diet for a while. You could have food allergies. There are you tube videos on the carnivore diet. And later you can add back in foods to see if you react to them.

Also just stop everything non essential. Even exercise right now and rest. Make sure you are getting at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night. Take some Z Quil if you have trouble sleeping. If you must exercise then just go for a walk.

Re: any reason for constant muscle pain and fatigue?
Before you. go to a doctor. and. get diagnosed with chronic pain and fibromyalgia, try this:

1. give up gluten (anything with wheat/ rye/ barley
2. give up corn
3. give up rice

basically, give up ALL GRAINS

then...

4. give up SUGAR.

5. give up MEAT.

5. give up DAIRY.

6. give-up nightshade vegetables (potatoes, etc..)

go on an anti-inflammatory diet for 4-5 weeks.

slowly, you can add one. thing. back at a time after 4-5 weeks, when you are feeling great.

YOU WILL KKNOW right away what the culprit was.

When I gave up wheat and corn I noticed a huge difference. Then I got tested for food allergies. Turns out, Im allergic to wheat, corn AND yeast, and some nuts and some fruits.

Anyway, it's made a HUGE difference in my life.

You can also get a book called THE ELIMINATION DIET that tells you how to do it in more detail.

Re: any reason for constant muscle pain and fatigue?
i actually have too much iron in my body which could be causing some of the pain, and i don't drink. no fish tank, and yes i know about fibromyalgia, and yeah it could be thyroid problems which would make sense. my cbc and cmp numbers are all good.

So, you can have hemochomatosis which is a genetic disorder and your body stores too much iron and maybe you also need vitamin D3.I felt tired for a whole year and that's what I found out.

don't eat too much fish- it causes thyroid problems along w/too many infections- limit sex as you can- hydrate and get on the keto diet- that'll help w/any fibromyalgia - it's the only thing- you're eating something bad for you that reacts w/your nerves, dehydrates you and causes the muscle pain, high iron and any other stuff...

ps you need potassium- eat bananas w/protein- peanut butter or yogurt or w/e you can eat- everything in moderation as they say, but try to limit intake of anything unhealthy so the healthy stuff reacts well w/your body(ps hydration can take months so be prepared for a long battle- water in improper forms can slow this process down- aka water bottles bought- that stuff is not hydrating in long run...)

Low magnesium? Try magnesium supplements or go see a doctor instead of asking random people on the net. After posting this, I'm going to check out and see how many trolls responded.

Re: any reason for constant muscle pain and fatigue?
Have you moved recently? I moved to a house filled with old school yellow insulation filled with formaldehyde. I ached, had headaches, felt horrible, and had muscle twitches and heart flutters constantly. Once I moved out I felt way better. It could be something you are allergic to. I saw a story about a family that got way sick and later realized it was their pottery dishes from Mexico poisoning them. The reactions of our bodies can be extreme and relentless. Just be aware of your environment, animals, foods. Some allergies start later in life. I heard we regenerate much of our bodies every 7 years and allergies come from nowhere.

Re: any reason for constant muscle pain and fatigue?
Have your pcg refer you to a great pain management where they do
deep ct guided injections. The good ones have all the hospital equipment in their office. Not hospital.

Are you taking any of the pre workout powders? Legal speed. Bbbbad.

Injections are life changing. Plus the drs are top notch usually.
Watch injections that include steroids. They nearly killed me.

Re: any reason for constant muscle pain and fatigue?
I too had lots of pain
I tried different things that helped me
1. Stopped taking diet drinks ( artificial sugars)
Felt better after stopping for 3 weeks
When back for a week but started hurting again; now will not touch anything that has pretend sugars.
2. Started taking Vitamin B s and E
After 2 weeks I did not hurt when touched ( but had to get “ good vitamins “
( there are a lot of bad ones that did not raise levels )
(I went through 20 different brands and kinds to find a good one)
3. stay away food from cans, cast iron cooking pots , bad oils
Due to not making good cell membranes and the cells are easily broken)

Hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies, poor nutrition, too much alcohol or other toxins. So many things can cause this.
