Quoting: H.E. Pennypacker If you feel good eating meat maybe go on an all meat diet for a while. You could have food allergies. There are you tube videos on the carnivore diet. And later you can add back in foods to see if you react to them. Also just stop everything non essential. Even exercise right now and rest. Make sure you are getting at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night. Take some Z Quil if you have trouble sleeping. If you must exercise then just go for a walk. |

YOU WILL KKNOW right away what the culprit was. When I gave up wheat and corn I noticed a huge difference. Then I got tested for food allergies. Turns out, Im allergic to wheat, corn AND yeast, and some nuts and some fruits. Anyway, it's made a HUGE difference in my life. You can also get a book called THE ELIMINATION DIET that tells you how to do it in more detail. |

I moved to a house filled with old school yellow insulation filled with formaldehyde. I ached, had headaches, felt horrible, and had muscle twitches and heart flutters constantly. Once I moved out I felt way better. It could be something you are allergic to. I saw a story about a family that got way sick and later realized it was their pottery dishes from Mexico poisoning them. The reactions of our bodies can be extreme and relentless. The good ones have all the hospital equipment in their office. Not hospital. Are you taking any of the pre workout powders? Legal speed. Bbbbad. Injections are life changing. Stopped taking diet drinks ( artificial sugars) Felt better after stopping for 3 weeks When back for a week but started hurting again; now will not touch anything that has pretend sugars. 2. Started taking Vitamin B s and E After 2 weeks I did not hurt when touched ( but had to get “ good vitamins “ ( there are a lot of bad ones that did not raise levels ) (I went through 20 different brands and kinds to find a good one) 3. stay away food from cans, cast iron cooking pots , bad oils Due to not making good cell membranes and the cells are easily broken) |
