Re: any reason for constant muscle pain and fatigue?
the pain never ends and i'm sore all the time and i have no stamina when doing any movements and can't work out anymore, it's pretty depressing and all the doctors i've been to don't care and just laugh and dismiss me like i'm hinting about needing painkillers. and im 30 and my body feels bad most of the time, my testosterone is also low.

Low serotonin can cause those symptoms. I'd try 5-htp or some tryptophan to see if that's the cause

Google Lugol's Iodine and iodine deficiency. You will want to take magnesium, selenium, B vitamin complex and zinc when you take the lugols.

I had constant arm pain I thought was some sort of crazy carpal tunnel thing for almost a year. Pain completely stopped after getting on Lugols after about 2 days.

I take about a dropper full a day somewhere on order of 50-100mg in coffee. The RDA is really low like 200micro grams or something.

This may not fix your issue but it is a good place to start as the list of things that iodine supplementation fixes is really long compared to what it does not fix.

Lots of good information out there but it is sort of hidden and you have to go find it.

Get tested for Lyme disease.
Do the sensitive test.
There are 2 tests for Lyme.
The simple one occasionally misses it.
Ask for the sensitive test.
Also Bartonella, babesis and epstein barr can do this.

Good luck.

Re: any reason for constant muscle pain and fatigue?
all of my labwork is normal except for excess ferritin, i need to get some more phlebotomies done. an example of my pain is when i carry 10 pound bags of food and my shoulders burn so much, and my calves are on fire and in pain when walking, some days they are bad and some days they are really worse. my traps are also aching all the time and this is getting me more depressed by the day and i havent been to the gym for a year. im unsure about lyme disease or parasites but ill look into it.

Miss Cleo, we need to have a chat one of these days. I am too tired tonight, but soon. The person I least expected was my adult daughter.
