Yes, funny how they have all these empty homes and camps, they have the infrastructure for the illegals...but then they allow this.

They do it to DEMORALIZE AMERICA and you all know it. The rest of the world watches Hollywood, they want everyone to know America is CONTROLLED AND WEAK.

I am SO glad I don't have to put up with that. And I feel very sorry for the sanitation workers who have to deal with that sort of work.

The irony in this segment - the homeless man they interviewed (Dylan Brumley?) provided a far more logical and reasonable solution to the problem than all the experts they interviewed. One of the 'experts' suggested 6 or 7 more trashcans and "maybe a dumpster". Dylan responded "trash is not the issue" and suggested the money go towards drug treatment for addicts. Gee, there's a novel idea, how about actually fixing the person - get them off the streets and towards recovery.

Homeless addicts don't need trash cans, snacks, socks, etc. They need treatment.

Well sure. Because to do so would violate their civil rights. Forcing them into mental health clinics, and rehab, would violate their civil rights. Arresting them for anything under $950 dollars would, well you get the picture. Basically, doing anything to fix the problem, violates their civil rights.

That's why so-called "victimless" crimes are not as victimless as claimed.

Im a truck driver and I see most of the constinental US on a monthly basis.

South Central Los Angeles is the worst shit hole in the entire country. It doesn't even feel like America. Most people there speak Spanish. The bridges are all occupied and fortified with scrap pallets and tarps.

Junkies are literally sleeping in the street alongside the curb.

It's really outrageous this takes place in the grand ol USA.

Democrats are more concerned with welfare for illegal aliens, then they are about ending child hunger or addressing the homeless epidemic in America.


They call us deplorable -- and still wonder why we voted Trump

shaming one of the many symptoms of a corrupt/broken system.

We have this same problem in St. Louis.

A lot of it has to do with cops being afraid of Black Lives Matter activism or Left wing outrage.

Cops no longer proactively patrol the streets, they have become reactive towards crimes already committed.

12 kids under the age of 11 have been shot and killed in St Louis area since June. NOT A WORD FROM BLACK LIVES MATTER and this is suppose to be the birthplace of that bullshit fake ass movement

Cops hands are tied. Safer for them to react towards crimes committed than patrol and chase down all the Freddy Gray's of the world. Then face legal proceedings for doing their job.

They can't afford to put them all in jail, and they don't have the room even if they could. The cops where I live put homeless people on grayhound buses to California with a one way ticket. We can't afford to put them in jail either, but we can afford to send them to the state who sends us so many wonderfully crazy democrat voters trying to flee from the mess they've made.

This truly is a tough subject, as far as how we could make a change with this type of situation, for the better.

With all the broken / corrupted government, and with jail over-population issues, and simply civil rights violation if we were to be able to offer treatment for the addicts on the street, oh -- and don't forget the old 'Population Control' talk. [is it simply 'talk'?]

All this combined, it is certainly one MONSTER of a dilemma ! !

I hate to sound like a Bible-tard, but Jesus is the real answer. Unfortunately, decline in Church attendance and an increase in people losing The Faith has been WHOLE DIFFERENT issue we've faced in the USA over the past 10 years or so.

Counselling, rehab get em out of the streets permanently, teach em something.
This is just cleaning up symptoms and the sickness is just continuing spreading.

It is way worse than the map shows, I live in city of LA. My property is worth apx 1.8 mil in what was a nice place a lot of horse people my place is 1 acre in the N. SFV foothills
I have to chase the craze's out of the hedges outside my wall, They squat in every nook and cranny they can find! Of the dozens I have encountered this year are S. Americans and mentally ill definitely not sane, Even all the Hispanic neighbors are pissed and chase them away!!!

They Do not want help only hand outs!!!!

My water and power in the city of Lost Angles for 2 months is $2400 my trash is $150.
Got to stay a few more years to retire!
So I can pay for everyone else to get subsidized power or for free! $50 they can use as much as the want!!!

I have worked in several housing projects, they are all filled with illegals, criminals, gang and cartel's.

BUT---if they clean it up permanently, they won't have anymore 'need'
