My PhD was going fine until I had to add one particular member to my committee. He hated my guts and wasn't very good anyway, did what he could to screw me up. I survived by not telling him anything about what I was doing unless I gave copies to the other committee members, otherwise he likely would have stolen it for himself.

The way I see it...why should google; social media platforms and the incessant amount of their third-party partners; dark web entities; and the intel community KNOW ALL ABOUT US legally or not...yet, our government cannot USE this info, or, find out the very things they SHOULD KNOW MORE ABOUT without warrant?


Think about how LE agencies may have intel, possibly proof, about criminals and other known bad players, yet, until they catch them committing yet another crime...they cannot take that person off the streets for the safety of others, including our Nation at large.

I could name other examples, but the truth remains that many criminal and terroristic parties are ALREADY KNOWN TO authorities but their hands are tied because their intel cannot be presented in court, or acted upon in a swift manner.

Our politics today keep putting demands on government to change our laws and perspective for this '21st Century' society of ours...yet, they ignore the most basic aspect of our 'new world': that now, more than at any other time in the history of this Nation, we have been infiltrated by traitors and criminal entities just waiting for a signal to wrest chaos upon us.

The explanation for that quote that I have received from others is that he was talking to Feinstein at the time and just stringing her a long. I am not saying I agree or disagree with that but take it for what its worth.
