Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77959870 @tnewtondunn 21m21 minutes ago Activists who brought the case, including @JolyonMaugham, say they lodged it in the Scottish courts as England's High Court wasn't sitting in August. |

That despite their illicit stranglehold on all of societies institutions the nasty little deplorables still wont submit to their hectoring and bullying. Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. |

The legal activists choose the Scottish courts for a reason". |

From what I just quickly read, (as I am not well read in these matters) that Parliamentary Law can overrule the Supreme court ruling, so here's hoping this is a possibility. |

Quoting: Johnny Be Good I can think of at least eight EU countries that had their democratic processes subverted by the left and globalist progressive fucks. In all of those countries, globalism, mass migration and the homiginisation of races and cultures was rejected overwhelmingly. The result, disprit bands of anyone formed coalitions to subvert the will of the people in local and national elections in these countries. The un-electable consolidated their power even further as a result. Macron Merkell, et al. What is happeneing in the UK is no different, with every institution, including ther media, the BBC and all lining up against Brexit, but conveneintly now using Boris as their fall guy and evil totem. If things carry on like this in Europe and in this country, things might get a little ugly. |

No one in their right mind believed Boris Johnson's reason for shutting down Parliament. I urge the Prime Minister to immediately recall Parliament so we can debate this judgement and decide what happens next. Any Court is going to go with the what the Elites want. Any Court is going to support those who are insiders. Was it "Legal" for the French to cut off the head of their King? Was it "Legal" the US Colonies to have a War with Britain? "Legal" only goes so far when the populous is fed up with the political status quo. What the populous wants to change is precisely what the "Legal" system will NOT let them change. I see a HUGE political test of wills coming ... and the Courts may well lose part of their power as the political winds of what the populous wants starts to overwhelm the attempts by the Courts to put the genie of a populous revolt back in the bottle. It is not just BREXIT I am talking about here ... but a total shift in the ground underlying the British Governing System. |

I've started a poll in twitter: After the latest from the Scottish courts, who's in favour of an English Independence referendum? Yes No [link to mobile.twitter.com (secure)] I'd appreciate your votes. |
