I checked into Beau Biden and he doesn't have any obvious black marks - he was in the military for a long time and also was Attorney General of Delaware (where I don't doubt the credit card companies could rely on him), but nothing pops out overseas except military service in Iraq. The one oddity is that he served as AG while on military service, and that does not seem proper to me, but....that's politics.
