Great layout and flow. Nice finish-out. Don't see any obvious design flaws. The only I can think is you probably need to get below $3,500,000 on the price. There appears to be many other homes in the community that have been on the market for longer than yours. Maybe that price range has reached saturation for the community.

It is an awesome house. Not my style but seems to be right down the sweet spot for the majority of Florida buyers in that price range. I built luxury homes for many years here in Texas and I would not change anything about the house from what I saw in the video.
