Based on her looks she could very well be a Finn. Not all of us are blue-eyed blondes. She looks a lot like my cousing, for instance, and she is very much a native-born Finn with native-born Finn parents. Lots of Finns have a skin and hair like hers. Especially, if they come from Lapland or Eastern Finland.
