Trump Derangement Syndrome While Voting Today

I know they aren’t allowed to wear propaganda or display signs inside a poll station pro or against a political party. But I am not sure about this one. That’s kinda that persons own freedom of speech kinda thing

I don’t think any campaigning of any kind is allowed at the polls.
You aren’t even supposed to have signs within 150ft of polling stations where I live.

That guy was effectively campaigning- he’s supposed to be neutral while working.

No, they are NOT allowed to run their mouths that way. They are to keep their opinions out of the voting areas. How far away depends on local/state statutes.

Today I went to vote in my local elections and the man in charge of setting my voting machine and making it ready for my vote was going off in a heated debate with other people in the voting area about how Trump is not his president...he can't wait until Trump is in jail...etc etc etc.

I stared the guy down and wanted to say something so bad, but then it occurred to me, are the people that work allowed to make political statements like that? Like is that considered free speech?

The fact that I don't know the answer to that is why I stayed silent, but I can't seem to find any info online about it. I'm thinking about making a complaint, but maybe the guy didn't do anything wrong??? Anyone know?

I think you need to lodge a formal complaint with your registrar of voters.

The Consent Decree was done over something similar.

1982, a handful of enemy plants infiltrated the ranks of the Republican Party and committed voter intimidation which resulted in what is known as the Consent Decree. This LAW was used to forbid any Republican from questioning anything to do at the Voting Stations or basically anything to do with the voting process.

It was ended in November 2016 just before the 2016 Presidential Election, but believe me, the Democrats fought like mad to try to keep it in place.

RE: Remember that GHWB was Vice President when the Democratic Party pushed for and got the Consent Decree that barred the Republican Party from having any say or oversight of any election from 1982 until November of 2016. This Consent Decree was overturned just in time for the 2016 Presidential election where DJT was elected as President.

For 34 years the dirty Dems had COMPLETE and unfettered control of the Voting process from top to bottom and in 2016 they tried hard to keep that draconian court order to continue to stand all these years later.

The ending of that court order is why we have so much chaos in our Nation. The Dems had complete control over the voting process and the Republicans couldn't challenge anything. Now THEY must follow the law and we have eyes on to ensure that the Laws are followed.

And lest we forget, that DIRTY GEORGE H.W. BUSH was in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963 the day JFK was slaughtered before the eyes of the world, and again when Ronald Reagan’s attempted assassination in the 1980's.
He was at the helm when the 1982 Democrat v Republican Consent Decree was accepted
