Well, she did that the second she replaced Michael as First Lady.

How could you not think she had anything to do with it? Don't tell me she didn't touch or hang a single ordainment. Im sure she did.
She decided on a theme, and much more.

I wish I had the time. I got a text invite today and in checking the USPS photographs of mail yet to be delivered to my home I see one is from the White House and reads "credentials enclosed".
