Once I had this druggie neighbor and her 3 year old son got out while she was drugged up on heroin and he walked about 1 block in the snow near a very busy street.

Impossible. Article probably fake. -35 is way too cold to survive without shoes. Coldest i ever experienced was -28, was not allowed outside more than 2 hours and we had proper clothing.

Did you know a lot of times they don't really remember? They start out where they were but their mind is focused on where they are going to and some can not tell you how they got there, they just wanted to.
