Someone either payed him a visit or he will be exposed with the rest of the treasonous bastards if witnesses are allowed.

Graham would not preside over the trial if it happens. This is related to the Senate investigations into corruption (another sham). If this goes to a trial (which I still seriously doubt), rest assured that commie witnesses will be called and exposed. This is why it will never go to trial.

My first reaction is that he's right -- as long as he actually gets the Senate trial over quickly and successfully. You can call witnesses for other reasons, when the presidency is not on the line. It is extremely dangerous during the moments that the presidency is hanging in the balance awaiting a vote by the Senate. Let's get past that, as long as the decision is the right one.

Needless to say, if there's a quick vote and Trump were removed, that would be a disaster and maybe the end of the country. I don't think the aftermath would be peaceful.

And I do think we still have a system, if we can get back to it. In that system, the Senate does not investigate the House. Maybe Schiff is vulnerable to treason charges, and that would be within the system. But senators investigating congresspeople is not.

Neither one of them is in the House. Fail.

Also, McConnell has been a rock for Trump. McConnell is the reason so many judges and justices have been rammed through.

I have no idea. That is really weird.

I'm sure there will be a motion to DOA it (drop it immediately on arrival and refuse to hear it at all), but that would have political implications. They'll probably hear it and vote on it (party lines, just like the house) and that will be that. Then the House will just start the Schittshow all over again with another inquiry and more articles.
