This is a very difficult challenge for many people. Religions as they stand now are little more than constructs to control. Yet in a small corner, the original message from the original messenger remains. What is the common core of all "religions"? How has this been corrupted over the years / centuries? Why do we want to hold on to meaningless rituals and texts? Do we want to cling to the old and familiar? In the new era, there will be a new version of Christianity, but it will be much more of a personal and spiritual affair governing our behaviour by our own choice. And now on to the question:

This is very important now. Often no questions are asked due to lethargy or fear of discovering something dreadful. In the present scenario, the latter is actually the case. But if we do not inquire and investigate, we will not be truely aware of the depravity of present society - for example the extent of human trafficking - and thus we will not be able to come up with anything to stop it. Similarly: in personal relationships: If there is little communication, or asking what the problem is, the problem cannot be discussed and resolved. So:

So many people at the moment are still continuing life as before, not being able to see that there is something very seriously wrong with this world, and that this has been going on for millenia.

They are desensitised to violence, which is ongoing. They close their eyes to any hints of wrongdoing by people in "high places". They actually cannot imagine that such cruelty and exploitation exists.

Some people are genuinely not capable of in depth investigation. Some are not capable of developing a conscience. Some do not want to open their eyes because it will put them in an extremely uncomfortable position where they are forced to take on responsbility. Some are just afraid. Where are you in this scale of things? And here is the question of the day:

Problems are often seen as something inopportune which fate has placed into our path, and which one can righteously complain about. However, we all have a certain responsability for problems arising (this is a very unpopular stance, of course, since it involves taking on responsability and requires admitting that we made a "bad decision"). Sometimes problems are deliberately placed in our paths by our guides TO SHOW THAT THIS IS THE WRONG PATH, to show that the path we are on is NOT IN ALIGNEMENT WITH OUR LIFE'S MISSION. To find oneself at a dead end means that we have to turn round and take a new direction which is more in alignment. Hence the question:
