Thankfully, it's the Amihan monsoon flow (dry) season across Luzon, which are drier, cooler winds from the Northeast. If eruption occurred during the Hagabat monsoon flow (wet) season, humid winds from Southwest, ash clouds along with rains would cover Metro Manila and areas North or Taal Lake and Mt. Taal.
