As we saw in the early days of the outbreak, there were reports of some people incubating for months. It only required one person to have been incubating for months, slipped through the test (easily done by all accounts - they aren't reliable), and then he simply infected everyone else while they were at sea in confined spaces. Do people assume ALL of them had to have long incubation? Just the one. |
