I don't really see the point of harassing LEO on the ground in Richmond.

The Governor used probably too-wide reaching state of emergency powers to ban guns on the capitol grounds during a protest for a single day. 98% of this site believes that there will be massive violence during said protest, including many shot and killed. Doesn't that at least a bit lend credence to his decision?

Unfortunately, the state supreme court ruled in the Governor's favor, and there isn't enough time to take this to the federal supreme court. And even if we could, are you sure it's a great idea?

There's no law or unilateral proclamation by executive order against carrying outside of these immediate areas around the capitol because that governor doesn't have the authority to declare a state of emergency without an emergency existing..

2A is clear that it mentions you have no right to specific types of firearms it's up to the state and federal law. SCOTUS already unanimously approved this and will not hear it again.
