It's a SMALL world, especially where viruses are concerned: currently outside Manhattan KS the U.S. government is finishing construction of the new National Bio-Agro Defense Facility [NBAF] that will replace the old Plum Island location where bio-weapons were developed back in the 60's in their Lvl 4 labs. While the new KS facilty has been largely kept out of the MSM, locals have been terrified since the groundbreaking back in 2015. The new labs will be unique in that they can study large livestock instead of only smaller animals such as Monkeys. While officials claim the NBAF won't be fully online until 2022, reports are that the facility is well ahead of its operational schedule. And, in case you missed it: two weeks ago the DHS held secret meetings with KS lawmakers, whisking them away in military busses to a secure location with seperate briefings for the KS House and Senate. But -offically- it was all "routine". BTW: Manhattan is only 59 miles away from the Topeka state capitol, so it's not unreasonable to think the NBAF was the actual destination. So, now we have this Coronavirus suddenly hitting the news with some claiming it is a bio-weapon that got loose from the Wuhan Bio Research labs. There's a few more "coincidences" for you to chew on! I thought they restricted them to government use only in April of 2018. Yes, VPN is still a grey area in China. It is banned but it seems that the government can't restrict its citizens on downloading it. OP here is right, the only way to access the free net in China is to use a VPN. Chinese government only blocks servers but some servers still allow access to the net. Worked for ExpressVPN for at least a year, that's why I know this stuff. |
