People who support socialism think the US can be Sweden or England or any European country with free healthcare, free college, etc. What they don't realize is that these countries do not support a strong military and would not be able to defend themselves. They rely on US for that. Also, free college is not for everyone there, only those that test well therefore they are "selective" in their process. And "healthcare" is limited and restrictive. If they decide you die, you die and as we have seen, they won't even let you "seek" better care elsewhere if they determine you or your kids are terminal. They rule, not you.
Socialism isn't free and no, the rich don't pay for it either. Simply not enough of them to do that.
