Part of what I got include the name of the company I work with, motor carrier number, department of transportation number, bunch of government stuff and description of the specific type of work I do and most importantly due my work type I have been given approval to travel. I also have a company ID linking me to all this.

It's a lot of information and specifics and it's meant to be shown to "enforcement officials".
It seems it's for if I'm stopped or going through military checkpoints that will be set up. Stuff like that.
There's other stuff I got also under an "Expanded Emergency Declaration" a file directly from the government.


Long story short yeah I can't just give a stranger this paperwork and Tada! They can travel! It doesn't work like that. It is very specific with a lot of details.

Other people also are getting similar things. The government is getting ready to put everybody on lockdown and enforce it.
