Thank you both..... Last I remember, Trinity had taken over from Elaine.... I see he is still here (unless someone else is using that User Name...) but is Trinity still an administrator? Side note: My GOSH, this forum is sooooo busy! I can hardly keep up But I remember how even the old GLP was a great source for breaking information and an alternative to MSM.

Now how are they going to do that? They only have my old email address?

Maybe your best bet is to use your current email, and start a new account. You might not get your old username back, but you can do something like, C@ndyman or something like that.

Also -- and this is just some friendly advice -- try not to delve into the history/transition period of this site. Not that it's not allowed, but it's better to let sleeping dogs lie. I don't really wanna get into it.

And yes, GLP is still a fantastic forum for breaking news, as well as general random craziness. Probably some things have changed since the "olden days", but it's still a really cool site with MANY wonderful posters, who will help you out.

I was gone for a while. When I came back, I had to make a new account even though I still had the same E-mail and remembered my password.

I think at some point in time the members list may have been cleaned of members who hadn't logged in for a long period of time.

Seriously op. Read this site. At the bottom of the page you will find what you're looking for.

Kind of like throwing a penny in the air in and hitting a duck. You can read some threads find a administrator and attempt to send them a message with the link next to their name.

The only thing I can think of is for you to give me a throwaway email address to use to gain access, I can change it to that on the account, and then you can change it again once you have access.

Well, that's not possible, but I've changed your account email to this new one, and so with that, you should be able to use it to access the account to change your password.

Put your new email address into this form: [link to www.godlikeproductions.com]

And reset your password... be sure to check the junk/spam folder if you don't get the reset email.
