My first one, the Clash and Messenjah, Maple Leaf Gardens, 1984. Won the tickets from 1050 chum. Close second would be Motorhead and Alice Cooper, 80's at the gardens or Judas Priest and Whitesnake at Ontario Place.

The Blockbuster RockFest at Texas Motor Speedway north of Ft Worth, TX, in 1997. All day festival featuring Bush, No Doubt, Collective Soul, Counting Crows, Matchbox 20, Third Eye Blind, Jewel, The Wallflowers, The Nixons, Sugar Ray and Paula Cole (gross).

Been to a ton of great shows, but that set list was a who's who of 90's rock. I remember "most" of it lol

Two months ago hubby and I went to a KISS concert, partly because KISS was forbidden in my house as a kid (the 80's Satanic Panic, remember that?) and I just wanted to experience it.

During the concert, I was texting a friend that this is the lamest, cheesiest thing I have ever seen, I don't know what my mother was worried about, but we're having fun anyway. The production was outstanding, so there's that too.

And then Gene did the old blood spewing out of his mouth thing, and my husband and I just busted out laughing. I texted the same friend and said maybe my mother was on to something, and we all laughed some more.

Overall, we got our money's worth. "Cheesy" is probably an odd review for a concert, but we enjoyed ourselves.

I saw Def Leppard in '88....Queensryche opened for them (Operation Mindcrime)....i didnt know who they were....the stoners in front of us made fun of us for actually being there to see Def Leppard....
