My son is 11 years old and he has become very cold with me ever since I said no. He called me insane, which is a reflect of what the game can do to a child. I will not allow any kind of things in my house that are in any way offending God. I threw away all my sons Harry Potter books and forbidden him from watching the movies. I am a good mother, and any parent who lets their kids play Fortnite, will grow up with a power obsessed, violent child worshiping Satan. Evolution is also in the game, which is against Gods words. it is disgraceful and should be banned. My son has insulted me ever since this has happened. He told me his friends play Fortnite so I have told him he is not allowed near them again. It is causing a drift between our family. I have told my son various times that he will go to Hell if he plays Fortnite but the message is not sinking in. I fear Satan is taking him from me You are the parent. Get your child a bible and study it with him/her as part of your agreement. In the end, you can't choose for your kid how they will live their life and how much stock they place in the things they participate in. You can only influence them. You have that control. Use it. agreed. I had such agreements with my child. a+b= video games til 10pm etc. |

I played Doom, Doom 2, Mortal Kombat 1, 2 and 3 and some other games which The Lord most probably don´t want us to play. Fortnite and Halo are also games we should not play. Though I did play games far worse than Fortnite, have I been lost to satan? I was like the prodigal son but The Lord went after me like the one lost sheep of the other 99. The Lord is full of love and mercy and while I was playing World of Warcraft He even poured out His Spirit on me as it is written: Joel 2 (NKJV) 28 “And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. 29 And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. I do not always do what I should do, rather that what the flesh wants me to do. But I have a Savior, an Advocate who stands for me, who payed the full price with His own blood for all my transgressions and He brought me back to Him. Your son also might be a prodigal son and maybe his time is not jet to fully understand what The Lord has done for him. There are things you should not allow your kids to do, but on the other hand they might still find a way to do them in secret and than nothing is gained. No one is going to hell for playing fortnite, we have to die because we have sined, trangression of the Law is sin. And no one except YahuShua HaMashiach (Jesus the Christ) was without sin. He was and is the only one perfect without sin. It is not to us to say if someone will have everlasting life or receive the second death, only The Lord knows. Pray for your son and tell him that The Lord loves Him and will always be there if he calls on The Lord´s name. |

I play often as an adult and have great fun but unfortunately the microphone opens worlds to childrens' ears and minds of unhealthy, highly uneducated kinds of 'people' you wouldn't normally associate or listen to on a day to day basis. Some actually insane. As a parent you should not allow him to play the game but instead get him into the study of plants and bush survival. Develop his real Fortnite skills into the REAL WORLD. |
