The way I can imagine is this:

They are coming from FED blackproject money.
He set the Space Force last year, so the uncounted trillions flowing freely from the uncontrolled FED private agency into Secret Space Program, stopped the SSP got defunded.
As a national emergency he gained control over the FED, he ordered it to loan money interest free sometimes in February.
So they did, and now he is sharing the money with "We, the People."

Where is the trillions coming from? We print it. It’s that easy. You can’t create a one world government without destroying the previous system. And to do that you NEED monetary systems to reset to induce total compliance. It will take time, decades in fact. Yet you need to start somewhere. I don’t think it will happen in my lifetime, however, they are setting the corner stones.

They still have to eliminate Patriots, gun ownership, private and home schooling, intelligence, free will, and National borders. That will take time.
