I haven’t been following this issue very closely, but regardless of the sanctions, that is absolutely pathetic that this shipment was even necessary because Venezuela, a country that floats on an ocean of oil, has to have its fuel imported from the other side of the planet.

FACT: Venezuela used to be the most richest & Prosperous country in south America. I remember people talking about retiring there all the time.

Maduro is mostly Indian, did you know that? Almost everyone in south America is, and most of Mexico.
