So the issue is, when you are restraining an individual, and they say they cannot breath, you ensure that certain points, like the neck, abdomen, etc are free and clear to ensure proper breathing.

Police are trained in this, as well as correction officers, and psychiatric techs in dealing with mentally ill people. I know, I've worked in a state mental hospital for over a decade.

The cop committed murder unfortunately. He didn't follow proper training or department protocol, and because of his arrogant negligence, we have all this trouble.

The police would do this to any American, black, white, male, female, etc, because they have been millitarized mentally.

Take away the swat uniforms, the guns, the tazers, and let them have a baton, cuffs, and maybe pepper spray.

Police need to be retrained as public SERVANTS, not dictators that they currently are.
