TMZ has the proof! Video shows cops escalated the arrest, shows no resisting!!!

"Resisting" means doing anything, even falling the wrong way when handcuffed. It's used so they can stack charges. It's bullshit.

Looks like he was resisting being placed in the car. Still they likely used excessive force knelling on his neck for so long. .

Wonder if they had a warrant for his arrest? Very curious what took place at the car door. He wasnt operating the vehicle so....

Facts. That is their gateway and a lot of times, they create resisting out of thin air or force you to move certain ways and then say you're resisting.

To the tyrants, resisting is not abiding by their egos and emotions, they try and enforce feelings instead of the law, even if unlawful.

Whatever happened there was no call for leaving his knee on the guys neck for that long. He was already cuffed.

I wonder what he might have said to the officers -- you know he probably mouthed off to them

it's like that old Chris Rock vid : "When stopped by the cops, be polite, respectful -- then they won't beat your ass"

or its an excuse to beat the shit out of or kill somebody they don't like..

If a cop is killing you, even struggling to breathe is resisting. Relax and DIE..

F he was resisting they need to release the body cams. With that being said the dude with knee of neck needs to be beat on courthouse steps

Any way you look at this...he was a big man and more than

likely the LEO felt intimidated by his size.

The guy looks like he was upset he was arrested, and when

he gets to the car, he 'sits down' on the sidewalk.

THAT is where it cuts off so more than likely, some small

'resistance' could have occured.

He ended up on the other side of the vehicles rear

tire with him being on the ground with a cop's

knee on his neck.

Because BOTH cops were there, they could have utilized

that to put him in the vehicle...but they decided to

do the STUPIDEST THING ANYONE COULD DO.

Bottomline---these guys are not LEO's, their assh*les!!!!

Murder charge should happen in this case totally.

It doesn't matter how much proof there may be regarding the officers' actions. There are people out there more than willing to hire them and congratulate their actions.

The sad part is this happens way more than people think and it's not just white LEOs toward black suspects. It's happening among officers and civilians all the time, but people want to jump to conclusions instead of adjusting their views to understand this is not a race issue.

By dying, he messed up that cop’s life, got him off the force, saved others from being murdered by him. He’s a hero and a martyr. I take some comfort in that.

That’s only the fourth person he’s killed.

I would LOVE to see the proof.

Resisting murder now = Resisting Arrest.

Yeah, looks like he dropped to the ground because he didn't want to be put into the back of the police car. Now, the video stops before the guy put his knee on this neck ... so this video is inconclusive.

Regardless, the guy was ALREADY cuffed and there's no kind of resisting he could have done that would have justified what the dirty cop did.
